How long will it take to get my order?

Because most of our products are made-to-order, please allow for up to 2 weeks for orders to process and ship. This does not include the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your product. Available shipping options are as follows:

FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days, depending on distance
FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next day delivery by 3pm to most addresses and 8pm to residences.
*Please note these estimates are based on US addresses only. Orders are shipped from Sacramento, California.

RUSH orders can be requested after an order has been placed, and are accepted on a case by case basis depending on the order contents. Please contact [email protected] with your order number and need by date to request a RUSH.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Time excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your cancellation policy?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt to ensure orders are sent out within a timely manner. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact help@citracommunications to check on the status of your order and see if a cancellation is possible.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since our products are custom and made-to-order, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, please follow the instructions below to help us resolve the issue with you.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement order, refund, or store credit. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Please include any photos of the defective product in your email. Any inquiry without any proof of damage/defect is not eligible for a full refund, and may only qualify for store credit.

What if my order is lost?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us at [email protected] within 36 hours of the written delivery date to resolve this issue quickly.
